Senior ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our core ML team to build and scale machine learning systems that power 1.ML. You'll work on challenging problems in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure
• Lead technical projects from conception to production deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Collaborate with research team to productionize novel algorithms
• Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience deploying ML models at scale
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and algorithms
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• BS/MS in Computer Science, ML, or related field

Nice to Have

• PhD in Machine Learning or related field
• Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
• Contributions to open source ML projects
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
